All mugs have a premium AAA-graded coating for excellent durability. 

All mugs are 100% microwave and dishwasher safe. 

Every mug comes with its own smash-proof mailing box

Artwork preparation, please provide artwork file setup for an artboard size of 210x99mm with a 5mm margin all around. High quality jpg file preferred but send what you have and we'll work with it if we can. 

We also provide an artwork/design prep service if you need help or are unable to prepare the artwork as above.
